RMB Garage Services

We were travelling to Alfreton towing our caravan when my brakes faded. We pulled by the side of the road to let them cool down when one of the technicians from RMB came over to see if we were OK. I explained what had happened and he did a quick check and advised for us to wait 20 minutes for them to cool down. They didn't seem to improve after this time so I popped into RMB to see if they could just have another look and do any work necessary for us to carry on our journey. They did a thorough inspection and tested the brakes on the rolling road. Everything was fine by this time and said we were now fine to carry on our journey. I offered payment but they said it was OK and didn't charge.
The garage itself is very well equipped and very clean and organised. The staff were excellent, polite and friendly. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use this garage on a regular basis. What started our weekend away as a bit of a disaster, turned out to be great thanks to the guys at RMB.

Excellent fast friendly service both myself and my husband use the garage for our vehicles. Always good service nothing is to much trouble. would highly recommend to anyone. My daughter will also be taking her vehicle to be serviced with them even though she is not local to the area.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest mechanics. They fixed what turned out to be a complex problem with my car fast and without charging the earth. I've been very happy with the service here, and feel confident bringing my vehicle to this garage. In fact this is where I'll be coming in the future.

I’ve been using RMB off and on for years. Whenever I’ve used a main dealer for a new car I’ve regretted it and gone back to RMB. Professional, reasonable prices, and the mechanic takes time to explain what needs doing.
