Kwik Fit - Ashford

Ryan and the team at Ashford Mace Lane are very helpful, friendly and very professional.
I went there today with a problem with the e hast on my Toyota Landcruiser which I am taking over to Ukraine to donate to be used as an ambulance.
They fixed the problem with the exhaust fitted ne exhaust rubbers and a gasket. To top it off when I came to pay Ryan said it was a donation. Absolutely brilliant service. Great staff and brilliant ambassadors for Kwik fit. Thanks guys. Really appreciate your support 🙏

Truly Kwik and friendly service from Ryan and the guys at Kwik Fit Ashford. Tyre blew on the M20 on the way to the Eurotunnel and no spare. Called Kwik Fit and Ryan kindly promised to fit us in at short notice even though they were fully booked. Had us back on the road in 1 hour and we made a later train - saved our holiday!

We are so impressed with the service that we receive at Kwik-Fit Ashford, that we take both our cars there for not only new tyres but Mots and general repairs etc. They always fit me in and nothing is too much trouble. Ryan (the manager) is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Needed balancing and alignment at short notice on a Sunday. Was helped by Aaron, who was clearly very busy but only too happy to accommodate me. I dropped the car off and was phoned back prior to the work starting to confirm I was happy with the cost. Went ahead and an hour later had the car back. Top quality service, becoming rare to find.

My experience was fault free. All 4 of my tyres were fitted within an hour for a good price. The person I dealt with was friendly and was working very hard to deal with lots of people waiting to be served, I was very happy.

The only negative thing I could say is that the waiting area floor hadn't been swepted.
Plus no hot drinks despenser. Even though its said you have one on Google. Apart from those, you did a very good job on my car in a timely manner. Thank you definitely would use you again

Fantastic experience every time I’ve used the Ashford Mace Lane Kwik Fit. I’ve generally dealt with Aaron & Ryan & the service has been exceptional. If it’s not been done straight away due to having to order tyres in it’s been sorted super quickly & I’ve always been kept up-to date with what’s happening. Plus when they say it will be ready, it’s ALWAYS ready on time. I fully trust, have full faith & would 100% recommend this branch of Kwik-Fit!

I accidentally dropped my car keys into the engine compartment of my car, fortunately I had a spare set, so was able to drive to KWIK fits. Ryan the manager was very helpful and gave the task to Steven one of his fitters. After 30 mins. Steven had retrieved my keys. It was a job well done. Thank you Ryan and Steven
