Kwik Fit - St Albans - Hatfield Road

Excellent service from Sebastian Perez. Quality work and a better price than i was originally quoted elsewhere. Very flexible too as Mr Perez allowed me to leave the car overnight and collect the next day as I was not able to collect on the day. I highly recommend Mr Perez and his team at Kwikfit Hatfield Road, friendly, local and efficient service.

Amazing service from Mark, he had been very good with his work and attitude with customers. The service was also very fast as the car was able to be fixed very early on in the morning which cut the hassle.

Having been recommended to go to ATS I turned up at 0830 to find three staff sitting doing nothing; I explained my problem & asked if they could look at my tyre to see if a repair was possible. They said they had a full appointment book & said I could book for Saturday. As I work for the NHS & need my car to get to work I walked out & remembered that Kwik Fit were just down the road. I'm glad I made the decision to go to Kwik Fit as I received a professional, friendly & more importantly for me, a same day service! Thank you Hatfield Road Kwik Fit team! :)

Mark who I spoke on the phone with, to book in my car was very help indeed at ( Hatfield Rd ,St Albans, Kwik Fit ) very pleasant on arrival for drop off, and also when returned to collect

This garage is just a nice business to visit as a disabled woman, it is not intimidating at all.

Mark on reception was super friendly and efficient. I waited whilst my MOT was done and they were very fast turning around which I appreciate as I had a hospital appointment I couldn’t miss.
On previous visits I’ve been served by Sebastian (who I spoken to the day before to explain the urgency in getting my car back promptly) and his is the epitome of a great customer service and that was replicated by Mark yesterday. The phone was ringing off the hook and Mark answered every call with a smile. There was no down time for him.
