Came to check wheel alignment and while doing this Halem noticed side bulge on my tyre.
Ordered new ones online and got them fitted in no time.
Team moved the new tyred to front happily and for free.
It was pleasure talking to team while getting car serviced.

Great overall experience, recommend this station to anyone.

My tyre got damaged and spoke to Ryan over the phone and told him that I needed an urgent fix. Came here and they replaced the tyre in 10 minutes. A great overall experience. Thank you Ryan. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service always take my car there every year for MOT. Took my car because the breaks were making a hissing sound. They checked them and told me everything is okay with my breaks and added some break fluid! Thanks for being honest! 🙏

Really great service at Holloway branch. Halim was really helpful, going above and beyond to diagnose the problem with my car, despite being really busy. Will definitely book in with them again

I have been coming to this garage since my very first car. I am very grateful to Mr Halim for always helping me out and carrying out all the work that my car needed at such short notice! I'm very happy with the outcome and i always return to this place because of the great service and kindness that I always receive from the manager.

Friendly , kind, trustworthy and reasonable. They called me through out the day to keep me updated. They have a really lovely relationship with their customers. I took my car in ONE week early - duh- my fault) and they still found time to service it. Kwikfit Tottenham is one of the only garages in N London to offer reasonable and timely services for electric vehicles.

This has to be one of the worst Kwik Fit's I've ever had the misfortune to attend in an emergency.

As a Motability driver and disabled customer the treatment I received at this branch was exceedingly short of the customer service Kwik Fit boasts about in their adverts.

I arrived at the branch with fifteen minutes to closing time and explained to the person I assumed was either the manager or the site supervisor that I had a damaged tyre which needed replacing.

I appreciate that the time I arrived at the branch was late but all I was offered was for "Air" to be pumped into the tyre. I explained that the tyre was completely damaged and was told that I would have to return the next day. I contacted Motability about my situation and another member of staff approached me to request that I remove my vehicle from their premises because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage caused to my car whilst it was left on their premises overnight.

I told him that the area their branch is based in is a strict local authority paid parking zone with no free parking available and even with my blue badge, I'm only limited to 3 hours parking and I don't live locally. He however was insistent that I remove my car which I had no choice but to drive out of the branch with a damaged tyre and return home 3 and a half miles away with a damaged tyre.

If this is the treatment you receive from Kwik Fit as a vulnerable person and a disabled person you are better off using their competitors. Unfortunately for me and all Motability clients they are the contracted tyre company of choice.

I definitely do not recommend anyone using this branch.

1 star because I live in Australia, so on the day that my imaginary car was worked on I was busy living on the other side of the world. Great job guys! 🤦‍♂️ - I’m currently investigating to see if your company is incompetent enough that you’ve allowed another person to send charges to my very old and unused UK bank account, if you have then you’ll be hearing from me again.
