They broke my car mirror infront of me while reversing car to take car out of garage and then said it may be broken from before.

Then they glued and cellotape it.and said its ok to drive. I standed speechless. After long argument, they said they will replace it with old second hand one but I will have to wait 5 days. Then I said, I will pay for your repair job on Monday then. They blocked my car and hold my car. I had to come home with UBER.

Very bad communication and poor quality of work. The people try to mislead you and charge you for the work that they haven't done. I had my car 2 months at this garage and today I paid £300 and my car is at the same condition as it was before I took it to them. Very disappointed

Told me what he thought was wrong said he would call me with a quote and that was the last I heard from him,I would rather they tell me they don't want the job rather than mess me around !👎
