Halfords Autocentre Chesterfield

I took my car in for an MOT and within an hour I received a call to say the check was complete and that I could come to collect my car. I was greeted by very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff when I dropped the car off and when I came back to collect it. I paid slightly more here than I did at the last place I had my MOT done, but it was well worth the cost as the previous place I had been to with my old car didn't do a good job of fixing the issues (which they pointed out the second time I took it back, not realising it was them who had worked on it the previous time!) So it's definitely worth paying a little bit more at Halfords for a trustworthy, thorough, efficient and friendly service.

Excellent service. Contacted Halfords after battery failure. They got the battery in within the hour and fitted it just as quickly. Good price to, £100 cheaper than other garages contacted. Would recommend

Absolutely cowboys can't express enough how disappointed I am with Halford auto centre Brampton Chesterfield. This is the second time since I got it back, yesterday its leaked diesel because they have not done the job properly, yesterday I had to get AA out to it again and this is now and I can't go anywhere in it!!! Not a joke because I am registered disabled!! This happened on my way back from doctors this morning. SHOCKING

Not the easiest parking at times and Halfords only have about 6 spaces for specific customers of you're wanting advice etc for your car.
Good range of stock for size available.
Possibly worth having a catologue or booking area for ordering items in.

Absolutely amazing staff down at Halfords Auto Centre at bottom of Walton Road, Chesterfield.
Rang them for an urgent tyre repair and they got me in urgently as tyre was flat & they ordered me a new one in and rang me when car was ready…

So pleased with the service I received. They fitted a new alternator in my smart car which is not the easiest of cars to do. The customer service was excellent they kept me informed what they was doing.

Excellent pre-paid service for MOT.
Took car in at appointed time and ready for collection within the promised time frame. Two thumbs up from me
