Went to Halfords as they usually have plenty of knowledgeable staff. And often have what we need in stock. Needed all three windscreen wiper blades replaced. They check the car reg and confirmed the correct wiper blades. And fitted! Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Dealt with Simon at the front desk and he was efficient and explained the issue with my tyre. He went above and beyond to make the experience great. This guy needs some recognition! Also the online booking system is brilliant and so quick. Lots of an communication via email and phone. We brought a dodgy car yesterday, which had a problem with a clutch, the garage we brought from were trying to get out of giving us a refund. After following advice from citizens advice, i came to halfords to get a clutch inspection, they inspected the clutch, wrote a full report. With this I was able to use it as evidence to get my money back. The guys were so friendly, they managed to fit me even though they had no appointments online. They talked me through everything and explained absolutely everything to me. Highly recommend this garage, they didnt charge me a penny either. As a woman you always worry about getting ripped off, but these guys were 10000% genuine, and so nice. Thank you to Andy for fitting me in, and writing up the report, and the 2 lads that inspected my car, didn't catch names, but they were wonderful.

Brought car in for MOT, the reception guy was very nice and efficient. MOT tester totally ignored us when we greeted him.

What's the point in booking a time slot for a single tyre if after two hours you haven't done anything. Next time will use a proper tyre place, these guys are clearly incapable of managing a schedule. If it was booked in late in the day you'd maybe understand more, but it wasn't.
