Very good mechanics i used to have an old Skoda Felicia , head gasket was gone on it they gave me 2 options i could waste money repairing it and hope it didnt blow again or jsut use K seal to seal the gasket leak, i chose the 25 pound option the K seal is still holding up over 1 year on , thanks guys as you saved me a fortune cheers

I took my car in for an MOT. I was surprised to hear that they had replaced my windscreen wipers (without my authorisation to do so) as I had replaced one of them literally a few months before with a good quality Bosch. When I questioned it, the serviceman brought me one of the wipers which clearly did need replacing and said "the other is much the same." I then asked for the other one which was literally in perfect condition. When I questioned the serviceman about it he just shrugged it off and said they are not incentivised to replace things that don't need replacing. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and say a mistake was made but there wasn't even a willingness to review their work and with no photo evidence of the finding, it is my word against theirs.
