MOT and Annual Service. Car failed its MOT. Required a small part, which they ordered. Was told it would be ready for collection the following day rather than same day collection. Next day came and no response from Fields. Called them at midday and was told that the part had arrived, but it was unlikley to be fitted that day and they would need a third day as "all their ramps were in use". Appreciate they are busy but would have been helpful to have been advised at the outset that the part would take three days to fit. I require my car for work and had to make other costly arrangements at short notice.

I came to Fields Car Centre on thé fly because my window wipers were playing up. Instead of booking me back in and faffing around keeping the car etc, they fixed them for me on the spot. They totally saved the day and were amazing! They wouldn’t even take any money for the time as it was super quick. They have a customer for life in me now!

By far the best garage I've been fortunate enough to find. It was recommended to me by another garage owner - a competitor - who now only does trade work. I had my car MOT tested last year and will do so again this year. It's not just the quality of the work and customer service (as genuinely impressive as those are) but also the clear and consistent honesty of advice that's communicated in a friendly and professional manner by all of the staff I've had contact with. This is especially important to me given that my old car could otherwise be a money hole. The people who work here also seem to be happy doing their job which isn't the case in many other garages I've been to. It's a great garage in terms of customer service based ethics and honesty and I would very strongly recommend Field's Car Centre as the first port of call.

They carried out my MOT which failed. Chris explained very clearly what was needed and also recommended me to a body shop for the welding. I am yet to go back and get my repair completed but I am sure I will be very satisfied. Chris is an excellent member of the team. I normally deal with Gary who is also very professional.

Recently went in for MOT and exhaust repair. Easy to book online with lots of availability. Professional set up when you drop the car off and they keep you well informed. Good value for money and great service

Really impressed with this garage, took our car for the 1st time here and the staff were very helpful, kept you informed of the work being carried out and looked after you. The car even got a wash and vacuum! Nice people to use if you need a MOT or service in Woking.

Excellent customer service,they booked my car in at short notice when it was leaking coolant and the problem was fixed very quickly and efficiently .Very friendly and helpful.Really appreciate the pick up and drop off service.Definately reccomend

Five times I took my car in to resolve a diagnostic light on the dash. I drove for 800 miles without a problem with the light showing. They didn't fit the new radiator properly and caused the car to overheat. Then after they said they fixed it, the problem is still there, but they managed to make it worse. I'm not going back.
