Kwik Fit - Sunbury-on-Thames

Spent over £500 on getting through MOT including new head lights and the shine barely 5 feet in front of me which is an MOT fail !!!
Did get a discount which was kind
but still frustrating. I have resolved it after search on Google that it was dangerous driving to Windsor in the dark with incorrectly angled lights.
I have adjusted this because the customer service was excellent am I to get a discount.

I dropped by quite late, 1650 on 20/09 as I was very concerned about my tyre. Despite being very busy and near closing time your customer service agent made time to inspect and advise. My 2 front tyres had perished and were unsafe, I asked if they were safe to drive on until I could return when he was quieter but in his opinion he did not want me driving on them in such a state. Within 45 minutes he had both tyres replaced as well as sorting out my alignment. Fantastic service and priority of customer safety even though it meant a bit of a rush before they all finished for the day. I can’t thank them enough. I have to use the M3 and m25 to drive to St. Peter’s hospital where I work on a surgical ward and thanks to your staff I was able to drive safely to work the next day. You should be very proud of your team.

Should have listened to my gut feeling on entering reception here and just got a "What?" look! Told the (I believe Manager) that I thought my exhaust was rattling and I also needed a new tyre. After inspection he told me that I needed 2 links? and a flexi joint which would cost +£300. Plus VAT😲 WITHOUT THE TYRE.
I said to leave that then but replace the tyre. He then said I'd have to wait until other customers had been seen even though my car was in the bay, and tyre was ready to fit!
Apathetic couldn't care less attitude!
Obviously he lost the big job so didn't want me to have the tyre either. What a charmer!

I asked for 2 new rear tyres, balancing and wheel alignment check.
2 tyres and balancing were done but they didn't do the wheel alignment check and stated they didn't have the time when I asked them to.
Being the tyres worn unevenly I specifically wanted the alignment checked so had to take my car to another tyre company for the alignment to be completed.

Harry was the guy I dealt with.. extremely polite and efficient.. and made everyone very welcome.. a good ambassador for Keillor fit

Fantastic customer service this afternoon. I am so grateful to Riz and the team for being able to fit me in at short notice, replace two very unsafe tyres, and align my wheels, all while I waited. I wouldn't hesitate to go anywhere else.

I wish I could give negative or Zero review.Please don't visit them they are very expensive and very rude and don't provide Good customer service and are full of lies. I just visited for wheel alignment I booked in advance I asked to look at few minor bits with it I got a rude reply we are busy .If you are that busy why I was booked in. I also asked them to check air of the tyres with wheel alignment. Within less than 10 minutes they finished the work and asked £69 for wheel alignment no brief discussion what was the problem. when I asked did you check air I was given reply all is done .I paid and drove off and found out they never filled in the Air and checked wheel alignment properly. I called them within 5 minutes of leaving and the same person picks up the phone and he changed in no time we do not know who did your work I have just come to this desk .Asked me call agian after 5 min and again same words .I will not end here I think hallfords are much cheaper I just found out. I am aware they will try to reply here and make up some story
