'' ...one of the best out there, we doubt you will find better. ''  The online add for an Audi A4 estate they've selling sounded very good and very professional but the reality was different. Bodywork with some scuffs and bumps, cambelt and water pump needed to be replaced, and chipped windscreen. Also aged rear tires. I have been travelling to see ''one of the best'' almost five hours to get there and back home for. Nice salespeople, but misleading online ads. I never purchased the car it was a big waste of time. I hope in the future they could be more honest.

Purchased our lovely Ford mondeo titanium last month from Active automotive Ltd...James was so helpful and gave great advice prior to our purchase and didn't feel at all pressured unlike some car dealers...excellent service.. would definitely highly recommend.

Very professional dealership and very competitive pricing. I travelled from Northern Ireland to purchase a BMW 5 Series. James couldn't not have been more helpful and he personally picked me up from the train station. The car was as advertised, in excellent condition throughout, all documentation was presented perfectly and the whole process was seamless. Excellent after sales as I had a minor issue with the vehicle that the RAC Warranty didn't cover, however, the dealership without hesitation paid the bill in full. Would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Went to this branch for a dual purpose. Firstly to get my brake pads changed and a service. Also bought a used car from the show room. I found the price for all of my requirements very competitive and would go here to have my car needs satisfied again
