A1 Motorcare took on a diagnostic nightmare in the form of a car I bought without realising the major gearbox issues it had - it broke down three times in two days! After trying to find a garage willing to work on it to no avail, A1 Motorcare offered to help. The team worked tirelessly to try getting that car into safe working order and to get it back on the road for me, though despite their best efforts, problem after problem began to emerge. Thankfully, the team were completely honest about their suspicions that even if I paid for the repairs, they would not guarantee a safe, reliable drive and the cost of the repairs would far exceed the car's worth. Therefore, they kindly found me a replacement car, taking into consideration every requirement from budget to the sort of driving I'd expect the car to be capable of. I am beyond delighted with the fantastic car they found for me, and better still, they've sold it with a 12 month warranty - so I know my lovely new car will be taken care of no-matter what.
