very poor,went in to have a puncture repair and was pleasantly surprised when i was told there was no charge as it wasn't worth the paperwork so i put some money in there charity box.so i get up this morning to go to work to find my tyre flat and when i go to change it i cant as they have damaged the locking wheel nut adaptor. I certainly got what i paid for no wonder they didn't want to charge me.obviously don't care about people's safety !

Quality service. Only went in for a check up before a long drive but also had a slight issue with my car. Neil had no idea what the issue could be but tried his best and had a good look at everything to at least point me in the right direction for how to get it sorted.

Always so helpful at Kwik fit in Barry. I had a blow out yesterday and cannot fault the service received. I had a small child in the car and had to ring my breakdown as only have a puncture repair kit in my car. Thankyou so much Kwik fit for sorting a tyre for Darren from Rac to fit at short notice. Absolutely Brilliant. Can't thankyou enough.

After being let down by the dealer where we brought the car I arranged my MOT at a time that suited me and it was all sorted within an hour. The staff I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. Will be back I'm sure.

After using National Tyres for over 30 years- I gave up using them as to how badly they are now treating their customers. I was recommended Kwik Fit in Barry, by a close friend of mine today. I cannot believe how efficient, and friendly this place is. I had forgotten how Garages used to be, and how professional they were. Thank you Guys for today- I left my car with you for my M.O.T, and you rang me within the hours to say It was all ready to pick up. Thanks for restoring my faith in Garages- I will continue to use you guys in future, and highly recommend you to all my friends.

Always nice and easy, great staff, I go there every year for my MOT, waiting room was nice and warm and they did the test whilst I waited. All staff were polite and helpful

Friendly staff, really quick service, ordered and paid for tyre online and they fitted it and no pushy sales.
