Top guys.
Went in for a tyre replacement as there was a small cut. But they checked it out and said it's safe and gave me back refund quickly.

Had a puncture, went here and they were fantastic. No pushy selling, just good old fashioned service. 10/10 for me, will use again, highly recommended.

noticed my steering was pulling to the left so went for a wheel alignment, despite me paying £64 the wheels were still not aligned and felt as if nothing had been done as it was still pulling left. i then took the car back and asked them if they can re do the alignment which they did and yet again it wasnt right this time it was pulling to the right which was the opposite direction. went back again a few days after this and asked for them to redo again, yet again the wheel was still not aligned. i then went to a different garage to ask if there was anything wrong with the car to which they fully inspected underneath the car and had told me there is nothing wrong and it is all straight and that i should return to quickfit to get the alignment sorted. After returning for my 4th time and finding the wheels were still not aligned and in fact aligned worse than before, i went back again for the 5th time to which they told me to leave it with them for a while, i came back picked the car up and now the car was pulling to the right severely more than before. to be fair customer service was great they were kind and fair but it was ridiculous and frustrating how many times i had to go back and forth to the garage to get the same issue looked at which after 5 times returning has still not been solved. Do not recommend for a wheel alignment

Arrived at 9:30 and my tyre had just arrived on the lorry. Straight in, old tyre off, new tyre on, and back out again in about 25 minutes. Staff were pleasant as well.

Stay away! After declining their price to replace brake pads and to unecessarily replace brake discs on my car, they purposely or stupidly refitted my driver's side brake pad back on the wrong way.
I then visited a different garage who upon inspection of my vehicle advised me to report Kwikfit to the Trading Standards, as it was obviously a very dangerous thing to do which could have caused a serious accident or even death. They also advised me that there was ample brake pad surface left on both brake pads and the driver's side disc would not have been scored previously but were now due to the wrongly refitting the brake pad.

Very nice people. Did a great and fast job on my car. Very pleased with the service.

Very disappointed as I have checked the outdoor glass of the boot of my car has been snapped and broken off. It was on yesterday, on Sunday 08th/01/23. The staff should work carefully with the customers's cars as we bought it with a quite lots of
money. I couldn't get the replacement for it.

No intention for taking the responsibility by paying the damage. Typical to escape from the problem.

Never ever trust this garage!
