Went today for 3d alignment expecting to pay full price, told me the rear needed no adjustment and gave me a decent discount, very informative, polite a pleasure going there, will use again 100%

Provided a dodgy MOT which I wasn't happy about it. I asked them to fix the issue which John the mechanic assured me he did. I went home, the issue appear back on, I went back to the garage and they requested money again for the same job, I had to pay again!!! They charged me again for the same job and then they said they fixed it. I left home, the issue was straight back ok, i went back again to the garage and asked for my money back as obviously they had no clue how to fix the issue and they have only lying. They started shouting and kicking my car, obviously no customer service here!!
John is in charge of the car service but its an amateur, he only knows how to change parts not to fix cars.
On top of that he does fraud, money laundry , he only accepted cash or bank transfer to his girlfriend bank account!! And of course he doesn't provide any receipts!!
How ridiculous is that in 2022!!
Just avoid, bunch of amateurs, they have no clue fixing cars.
By the way, the issue was solved by true professionals at CMB service.

Second year for my Mot on the van. Guys are sound. Cafe right next door so you can have food or coffee while you wait. Excellent service. Can't fault them.

Best place to get your MOT done, all in one place MOT station, mechanics and tyres if you need them and the cafe when you are waiting. Also can have your car washed too 👍 Kristian and his son Kalvin are brilliant. I wont go anywhere else now
