Canceled my diagnostics, and service after 3weeks of waiting 2days before via text with no explanation untill I rang them. (Baring in mind I had previously said they could keep my car for as long as they needed as I'd booked a courtesy car) then another 2weeks if I want to book again. I had to ask for this, it wasn't offered! Definitely wouldn't rebook no matter how close they are to my house. // re the reply.. that is not the reason you gave me on the phone at all. Courtesy car was not even mentioned on the call. I was booked for a service and diagnostics as you have quoted me via email. The main issue I was booked in for was loss of power, and nothing to do with the speedo issue.

Tried 2 garages between Hay and Talgarth for a puncture repair so I could safely get home and the 2 couldn’t help, popped into Orion Motors and the friendly staff although busy squeezed me. They were friendly and helpful and repaired my tyre in minutes. I can’t thank them enough. Will definitely use them again. Top job, thank you!

Booked our car in with Orion motors for a service and to look over the braking system on our Golf GTI. We booked the car in with Ryan who also provided us with a courtesy car and that a full vehicle health check would be carried out for peace of mind included in the service.
I was expecting the car to be with them all day if not longer but it was all done and completed by lunchtime. The technician Was called Luke and he provided a full vehicle health check and a video of underneath the car raising any points of concern.

In the past I have taken the car to a main dealer and VW specialists however the service we received from Orion Motors was far better and we will be using again in the future.
