First time customer….. Recommended….. Good service…. Don’t mind paying a bit more but appreciate the manager stick on the agreed quoted price for the labour (reasonable price) Just need a bit improvement on afterwork care as steering wheel and hand brake lever left with oily smudge :) efficient and friendly staff.

A very good mechanic. The defect related to the calibration of the steering wheel position was removed practically in 15 minutes and checking the system whether the fault was properly removed also in 15 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer. The staff working in this workshop is qualified and repairs are carried out professionally. The price for fixing a fault in the car was also low. I highly recommend this Garage.

Disappointing
I wanted to try this garage as recently moved to the area. I was promised that my car will be checked and advised on any repairs (tires etc.) before MOT. Dropped my car 9am and checked that they had my number down on their diary.
I did not hear anything back and after 1pm I gave them a call for updates. Apparently they did not have my number (?!) and was advised that my car was down for Mot at 5pm despite their promise to check the car beforehand for any repairs - it had not been done as apparently they were too busy and have enough customers.
If you are a new customer you won't get any service here - I rather take my car to my old garage even though I have to travel a bit further in the future.

Just moved to Swansea so I am a new customer. Rang up at short notice for an MOT and they found a slot for me. Car, Skoda Octavia, was looked at on time but failed because of broken rear suspension spring (the other side had broken a couple of years earlier). They fitted the new part the following day as promised, MOT passed, and price was very reasonable. Fantastic to find such a good company and efficient and friendly staff. Couldn't wish for better, thanks guys.

Wow, fantastic owner, AMAZING friendly staff. Had a 9-month electrical problem, and Mark, the auto electrical technician found the problem within 5 minutes of testing. Helped me immediately too, knowing they were extremely busy!
10/10 folks.
