Helpful and friendly - couldnt do enough!

I've been driving for 2 years now and have never had much luck with cars.. but the guys at Tancock Motors have always been there to help me out when needed!

They've always fitted me in for urgent repairs and have been so good when dealing with my crazy shift patterns that I work!

They're are very reasonably priced and I've always trusted them 100%.

Rang these guys for a price to do rear brake pads and disks on a zafira.
They quoted over 300 pounds which was more expensive than main dealer prices.
I took the car to hafod brake and clutch centre where I was charged 120 pounds and the job took less than an hour.

They rescue my car after it break down , I know there are good garages but not with expertise + speed .

I am only a visitor in Swansea, and unfortunately encountered suspension problems - I rang the garage up, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offer very fair pricing on repairs.

Was able to fix the problem with the car within a couple of hours.

Had been having problems with my bonnet lock causing the alarm to sound intermittently every day for around 6 weeks and had been given unreasonable quotes by a number of garages. After contacting Tancock Motors, they were able to take a look, orde parts and generated a quote straight away. The following morning I collected the car with all problems solved.
