Went to the garage by seeing good reviews here ! But they are so irresponsible and careless that they lost my wheel lock key while changing my brake pads ....
After so many calls and emails also they didn't bothered to check their CCTV footage for the same, after knowing the fact that how precious the Wheel Lock Key can be !

I could have easily seek help legally but it was my choice to pickup the wrong garage, Try to be responsible to your customers property atleast, Don't play with it !!

Took my T4 for it's first MOT since I bought it a year ago. Needed a little welding, they fixed an oil leak, sorted out my immobiliser, glow plugs, full service and a little bit more! Kept me up to date with what was going on. Great garage! Highly recommended for all your VW van needs. :) thanks guys!

Well known in the area to be thuggishly overpriced.

For me to order good quality break pads and discs online = £65
M & S Vehicle Services quote = £180 (just for parts)

This is without the cost of labour/fitting. Once questioned they told me to collect the car and still charged me £60 for the 'inspection'.

UPDATE: On the phone was quoted £273.14, when questioned at garage she said 'we've made a mistake' then quoted £241 - already admitted overcharging on the phone. SEE BELOW RESPONSE quoting £250 (still drastically overpriced) - Top quality parts come in at £60 cheaper. Also I have previously had 3 cars for the same job at the same garage which cost 2 hours labour. Now being quoted for 3 hours - an extra £60.

Obviously trying to squeeze customers who might not know better.

Very helpful, and professional service from the team here. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
