Halfords Autocentre Swansea (Samlet Rd)

Outstanding service and work carried out on my Porsche C4S. What I assumed was going to be a very expensive fix of my Air conditioning system, turned out to be a small fault that the team quickly rectified and the cost was excellent. They are a very honest and helpful group, especially the guy who was sat at the front desk (Ex REME) and the young lad who carried out the work on my car. I will certainly be returning should I require some assistance again.

I booked my car in for an MOT and service this week and unfortunately, I was given a list as long as my arm of repairs that needed to be done. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick the work was done by Halfords. It was all done in one day when I expected it to be a few days!
When I first went to the garage, I told them that my brake light was dodgy so they kindly said they would look at it. After the MOT and repairs, they told me that the brake light miraculously started working again. I took it home, and the brake light was still not working properly so unfortunately, had to take it back the next day. This was quite inconvenient. It would’ve made far more sense for them to look at it when the MOT was being done, regardless of it working at the time.. just to make sure. But that’s my only complaint! :) dealt with a very nice gentleman called, James. He was very helpful, friendly and always kept in touch with updates.

Went for my first MOT here yesterday and can't thank the guys enough. Only had my car a year and was surprised to hear of its problems but they all made sense. The repairs were reasonably priced and they understood I needed my car back ASAP due to work commitments. I picked my car up today and its driving beautiful. Thank you all so much and sorry for being such a pain with my phone calls 😂 x

Pleasent staff, just a shame they are forced to try sell you stuff you don't really need; my battery and tyres have lots of life left in them 🤣

Rating reduced to 3 for the longest wait ever to scan a fault code and having to return several times for the same issue after a major service.

Suggestion - get more fault code readers and give customers a reasonable wait time rather than "5 minutes" for an hour.

Major service and MOT was completed with full reports and recommendations.
Excellent value for money
