Having used the services provided by this excellent local garage for many years I have nothing but praise for the level of service provided.
The staff – workshop and office based - are knowledgeable, capable and amiable and the charges for undertaking works are fair and very competitive I would highly recommend the garage to anyone.

Saved my holiday , cracked alloy, they found a specialist company who fixed it for me (Goddard engineering in Brecon) another excellent company. They even found a secondhand alloy as a back up if unable to fix. The boss, the young lady in the office and mechanics are all very professional and extremely helpful.
The best customer service I've received in years, prices are good too. Highly recommend

Being new to Builth, it was scary taking my car into a new place (overcharge, unnecessary work). But Ian and his team are friendly, smart and helped save me money. Good prices, quality work, great people. I found my repair shop!

Needed last minute MOT as I just learned that I have to travel with the car abroad - immediately.

In this post covid-MOT-extension period all MOT centres are fully booked and so was Oakvale. But manager Ian noticed the urgency and managed to squeeze me in rightaway. Not only that, but the car failed and since it required only minor job, they did that too. Big thanks for that also to the mechanic Michael who was working very hard on getting the car to pass.
