Fantastic company.
I was on my way to work when my tyre pressure alarm sounded - I randomly drove around the estate and luckily found this company. The gentlemen were very helpful and speedily checked and pumped up all my tyres with no charge.

It turned out one tyre had a slow puncture so the next day I knew where to go. Even with no booking they immediately put on a new tyre. Very honest and kind - I'm very grateful. Thanks

Called in the morning to book MOT (I was desperate as only previous night realised that MOT expired a few days earlier. Although they haven't had free slot they promised to "sqeeze" my car if I'll bring it in. Around 4pm had a phone call that car is ready. Arrived to pick it up 15 minutes after closing time. No sarcastic comments, not even a frown. Very accommodating business. Thank you again and apologies for being late. You should shout a bit at me - your smiling faces really made me feel guilty😅🤣.

Normally use a Volvo dealer for my car but on a friend's suggestion took my C30 in for front discs and pads pleasantly surprised by the prompt excellent value work completed, Wayne's a wonderful good guy totally recommended.

I damaged the boot lid of my car on the way out to the MOT- 27 th July. I know that garages customarily submit cars for MOT before doing any work so that they know what work needs to be done. The boot lid would have been a fail but I asked for the full mot to be done anyway. I was given a completed tick sheet with list of advisories and two reasons for fail and emissions test, charged £40. The garage advertises free retest. I arranged for the work to be done and re test on 4th August - As I was without a car I was lucky in that my son replaced the boot lid and repositioned the wing mirror bulb for me on the 30th July. I let the garage know on the Monday first thing and was asked to bring it down for retest at 4pm. I did so and then the owner said that it was a pretest and I’d have to have the full MOT done again - on the 4th August. At no point had I been told that the first test was a pretest - until I turned up on the Monday for retest. I was charged £40 for it. When I collected my car on Thursday I was told £40 - again . ie £80 for an MOT. I objected and was told I’d have to speak to some man who very conveniently wasn’t there. I asked for a receipt and was told they didn’t give them for contactless payments - they hadn’t given me one for the bank transfer payment I’d made the first time either though both are listed on my bank statement. Needless to say I won’t be taking any business to 1 Stop Auto again.

Great place but i have to take issue with the reviewer "dave langrish" above. How would he know the garage doesnt want to bother with his old scrap anyway, besides hes a dodgy toad shagger and his mrs lives on the roof of their house because of him.

Fast and efficient service And reasonably priced have used this garage for a number of years and will continue to do so as have had excellent service 😀

Had my car serviced today and was really happy with their customer service and how they were happy to explain the out come of my full service. Would highly recommend and I'd definitely be using these guys again. Keep up the good work loads 👌🏽👊🏽👍🏼
