AJ Mot & Service Centre

Not often do I write a review on different establishments due to my own laziness and lack of care for places..however these guys have completely changed my outlook on it all.
I had a number of issues with my car for months on end that I couldn’t get to the bottom of..my car was with main dealers week after week with no resolution in sight.
Purely by chance my car once again broke down around the corner from these guys.
I called them as an emergency and without hesitation they got me in and not only looked at it..they fixed it within an hour!
An hour!!
Something that has been ongoing for so long was brought to an end by these fantastic people!!
They are efficient and fair on pricing..and their customer service is second to none!
When you go to a garage you wouldn’t think you’d get life advice as well as a repair done but they did exactly that!
Would 100% recommend to anyone!!
It’s such a shame to look on here at the comments of an individual that is quite clearly talking nonsense and trying to con their way out of paying for hard labour..this is why local businesses have issues these days..due to people having self entitlement and that the world owes them a living.

I had called MJ motors for Denting work and rear glass replacement, I am extremely happy with their services, they are punctual,give regular proactive updates over what's app, affordable and very professional. I had co-ordination with 3 people and all of they very clear and straight forward, among that I can recall easily Robin and is always available for any query. Due to my personal budget issues I haven't opted for other services ,but definitely will go for other enhacenments in future.

I took my merc there after going 5 days before for them to look at the problem (came down off a kerb and the wing dropped slightly). Its been there for 3 hours today and when I picked it up the gap was worse and the body work slightly cracked. When I rang they told me it was already there! I can assure you it wasn't, this car is looked after and not a mark on it. When I questioned why they hadn't phoned me about it before touching it I got no answer.....Beware of this place if I could give a 0 star rating I would. It's going to cost me an arm and leg to get it put back to how it was before I took it there. I wondered why after having it for 3 and a half hours he only charged £20! Own up to your mistake please. Very bad customer service and they have left me no choice but to take things further.

MOT and service station for cars AND MOTORBIKES. I take our 3 vehicles here every year for MOT and any work inbetween. Always comes in cheaper than I'm expecting and always get a good friendly no nonsense service. You only need to look at how many cars are parked up outside every day to get an idea of how many must trust this place.

Would not take my car anywhere else!
100% satisfied . They are the most honest garage I've ever dealt with. All my family and neighbours now use their service and say exactly the same. Thanks guys you are the best 👍

Had an MOT done here last month and car came out with the steering feeling funny, if I go over 60mph the car shakes really bad.

I then had a service done yesterday and they had a look over and basically told me there is no way this car should have passed the mot and shown me how loose the wheels were and there are other issues that again shouldn't have passed.

On the man's own words who done my service, " I wouldn't want to drive my children around in this mate"

I would assume that they are possible doing it to get some work out of me but when I asked how much they want to fix it they said they don't have a booking anytime soon and I'm better off finding someone else to do it ASAP.

Yeah so won't be going here again.

Always amazing work done by the guys here, so friendly and professional. All communication was clear, helpful and I was kept informed during the work. Highly recommended! I can't thank them all enough!!

Booked our car in because it was knocking on front wheel after going in a pothole. They did a top job with no fuss ,great price too👍
