We were looking for another car as our previous car's clutch finally gave out. We were looking at leasing a 2nd hand car as we just didn't have the money to shell out on a decent car. When we had decided on the vehicle and had found some about 3 or 4 years old with a few minor bumps and scrapes I came across the V4B website and couldn't believe they were offering a brand new version of the car at the same price!

I completed the online form and Jason rang me back and was so friendly and polite. He explained how it all worked and I said that we needed a car asap. He said that there were a few arriving in the country next Thursday and offered me a choice of 3 colours. I chose one and he said that he would hold one for me until I completed all the paperwork online.

I did that and true to his word he did, and 2 weeks later the car was delivered in absolutely MINT condition.

I still can't quite believe we have a brand new car on lease for the money we have paid. A very worthwhile experience and one that I wasn't sure about as you never really know if you are dealing with a reputable company online, but I spoke many times to Jason, and must have emailed Yasmin over 30 times with lots and lots of questions and she always came back to me very quickly and with the answers that I was after.

A really great company who delivered exactly what they said they would. No hidden extras or nasty surprises. I would 100% recommend, (and do to my friends and family). I will definitely be back for my next car when I return this one.

Thank you Jason and Yasmin for being so helpful.

Stephen.

I have had very poor customer service and experience. The company failed to update on delays they were aware of for a vehicle which was meant to be ready in April, then changed to June, then September with no prior notice or offer of alternative short term. They forced me to cancel the order and refused refund of the fee, currently going through small court claims as despite trying to resolve the issues I was told it’s in the terms and conditions that the fee is non refundable failing to recognise it was unacceptable customer service on their part. I ordered car in December 21 with delivery in April 22 to be told in April car will be now September but not guaranteed and no other offer or solution leaving me with no car. The response was the current climate , war, covid etc. and whilst I accept this is beyond their control I would have appreciated a longer notice or at least solution as I have booked holiday abroad with no car to go or use daily. V4b did not offer anything and simply said come back in the future but we can’t return you money. Very appalling service. The only positive bit was the price of the car, which I never got.

EDIT:15.06.2022- following my initial review V4B contacted me to resolve the matter by offering money £100 to remove my review not because I had poor service…

I would reccomend V4B if you are considering a brand new car as the process of ordering to the final delivery of the car is simple. I experienced some ridiculously long delays but V4b would continually update me on updated ETA. As a customer, if your ordering a new car you have to understand, with the ridiculous world we're living in ATM, theres potential for long delays. Helpful and friendly staff

Ordered a qashqai through this company, professional throughout, apologies as I was getting a bit fed up of waiting, not the companies fault, delayed slightly due to manufacturing delays and I had no temp car to use (again of no fault to them). Car delivered today perfectly and chuffed with it, kept up to date with order throughout. Caitlin a pleasure to deal with. Thanks

Terrible experience, car initially advertised as "in-stock", then I was told it would take a few weeks to arrive, this was then further delayed at which point they informed there is no guarantee of the delivery date. They also refused to refund my £360 fee that I had paid, it would have a saved a lot of hassle if they would have been transparent at the start in regards to their policy of delivery dates. Looking at other reviews it seems like a lot of people have had similar problems, it seems like they purposefully withhold this information to get the sale and then when customers don't receive the vehicles when they expected they let them know they have no control of when the car is to arrive. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Scam! Useless service from Sales Team. I have dealt with many sale people in my life but no one has been as bad as Dave Davies, completely useless. Stay away or you will be scammed!

I would caution anyone who is considering utilising V4B to look for another broker, or insist that you pay their booking fee once the car is delivered. I ordered a lease car through V4B in mid march 2022 for my wife and was advised a delivery date of May 2022. We advised them my wife's existing lease was due to expire in July so we had a little leeway in delivery but July was the hard stop. Their communication was abizmal, the car dates slipped from May to July, then to August and finally to April 2023. These slippages were notified as we chased for updates there was no hint of proactively trying to resolve the issues and the narrative on why there were delays and likely delivery was inconsistent to say the least. In the end we had to cancel the lease as we could not wait 14 months for a car we had ordered with an advertised estimated delivery of 2 months. However, when we asked V4B for a refund of our payment they refused. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

Abysmal customer service. Currently have a car, delivered damaged and nobody at V4B wants to take responsibility. Reported damage after 3 days of ‘ownership’. Told it’s not their problem as it wasn’t reported on delivery. They only give you 10/15 minutes to check a car completely once delivered. Anything found after that is apparently down to you!! Now left with a hybrid vehicle that I can’t charge overnight for fear of burning my house down. Or pay a £600 repair?!

Customer service less than helpful, I fear I’m now going to get drawn into a very long winded legal battle to get a car fixed that I don’t even own. Trying to reject the vehicle as not fit for purpose under the Consumer Act 2015 but told that’s not possible either. Next step… Trading standards.
