Never bought a car from here but have test driven an MG6 on the 'Pride Of Longbridge' day and bought an MG toy model and been on the 'Factory Tour' there. The service is great and the car stock is also great. Overall Highly Recommended .

I would like to remind you of my experience with MG, since last year I purchased a car from them through their agent in Saudi Arabia (Specialist Automotive Company). The whole year at every maintenance I suffered from their treatment is gross and inappropriate at all and their overpriced and despite all this was reformed every time is incorrect and the car returns worse than it was, and then at the end of the year of my purchase of the car surprised that the agency was canceled and the car now without warranty For no reason, because the Agency had moved to another (United Arab Emirates). When I contacted them, I could not find a response. I went to the parent company in the UK. And after sending a number of emails on their email and even on their Facebook page. I did not find any response and did not find the attention and even when the complaint to the Ministry of Trade and Investment denied the company as the agent and could not cancel the agency. I am now in a disabled car and can not find spare parts for it. Finally, I say, beware of this fraudulent company.

A waist of time...took my mg gs in for over run and cutting out and a piece of trim that fell off......not one problem solved it was a !**** experience

Not this garage but MG. My G3 has stopped turning right 3 times now, twice very nearly causing an accident. The AA came out and identified the problem within 30 minutes but after 43 days in Vic Youngs they refuse there is a problem. Please see the AA report and MG's response in the images. Don't buy an MG they use back street garages that care less than MG themselves.

Think carefully before buying a new mg. We had one delivered 2 weeks ago. It arrived with numerous brake warning lights, leaked oil on my boss's drive. We reported it immediately, the aa took it to the nearest mg garage. This happens to be about 1 hour from our house in Derbyshire. There is not an mg garage in every town. Eric stead's quickly found a broken brake pipe and fixed it, but want £150 to deliver it back again! Apparently there is a grey area about who should pay to transport vehicles when there is a warranty fault. In the meantime we are paying for a car that is stranded at eric stead, waiting to hear when they can agree who should pay the transport. Not really what you expect for a brand new car. The problem seems to be a lack of working together, mg, leasing company, mg main dealer, aa assistance. Probably stems from bad management at the top of mg. Note there's no contact page on the official mg website. Check other reviews on mg for confirmation.
