I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service experience I have received. It was a an absolute delight to have had this experience with you all at the Burnley team! And especially a big thank you to manager Naj, who was not only incredibly helpful and professional during this very difficult time for me, but his communication style, ability to listen and his resolution was all totally on point and second to none. I got a beautiful hire car from Enterprise it only took 15 mins from walking in to driving away and the staff are really friendly I felt like I knew them
The premises and vehicles are perfectly clean and the professional service I received from all the staff is genuinely a credit to you all

I've hired a car from the burnley branch. They know their customers very well.
I don't normally give 5 stars,
But for nosheen and manager najaf I've had to, they have been so supportive and exceptional 👏.
They have been outstanding throughout my car hire.

I honesty couldn't thank them enough.
I've hired cars a couple of times from burnley and I'm always leaving with a smile each time. Nosheen has been a star for her service, thank you much nosheen if your reading this.

Hired a luton van here recently and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly , we were doing lots of long distance trips for house move. Price was best we could see in the area. We had a problem with the van but it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently thanks to Naj. The car valeter even wash down our car when we collected from their secure car park which we were offered at time of hire. Great service …wont be moving again !! but would recommend for van hire.

Quoted for a weeks car hire then WOW she hits you with it's an excess of £1750 even if it's not your fault and there's a charge of £70 If you have to use the AA. Puncture we will charge you for a new tyre. But you can pay an extra £25 a day insurance. So that's an extra £175 a week, what that's more than my yearly policy, so for a basic car Inc deposit of £200 becomes £750.. aye dream on

Spoke to someone who booked a car for tomorrow at the Burnley branch. Just had a call from someone at the branch who told me there are no cars for tomorrow. She went on to say the guys in the call centre are paid for the number of bookings and they just put things through without confirming with the local branch whether a car is available or not. Gobsmacked.

Arrived 2 hrs late with a flat key battery so couldn't get into the car and had to pay to replace to battery so I could use the car. Failed to collect the car as arranged so had to chase repeatedly to get it removed. Will not be using them again!!

Absolutely great service and the car was very clean. Smooth drive and very fair price from Rosheen. Thanks guys will be back again soon!
