Very good service, the car was a brand new Ford Fiesta Titan, drove like a charm. Had to return the car to a different office due to an emergency coming up, no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Tommy & Jade were awesome. They organised a great little Fiat 500 and helped me understand the hire agreement. Even when I needed the car for a little longer at short notice, Tommy made the arrangements. I can recommend these guys for their helpful and friendly service. Thank you!

I rented two cars from Thrifty and I can't recommend them enough, they were the cheapest and the cars were only 6 months old.I found Becky and Rob really lovely and very helpful.My Mum was driving and she was very nervous as it was such a new car and a different automatic system from other cars she had driven but Rob took his time explaining the car to her.My Mum had previously had a bad experience with hiring a car abroad and was nervous re the excess but we got our two deposits back fully.

Very pleasant experience getting the hire car.

They took £50 off my debit card without letting me know for a stone chip after hiring the car for 9 days, very petty given other rental companies call that wear and tear
