This couldn't have been easier. Staff were friendly and attentive. Vehicles are really reasonably priced, actually better than reasonable... they're affordable. But the best thing is it's a really easy process a d the vans are modern and well maintained. I will always go back when I need van hire. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever! Totally don’t recommend at all! So I rented a car for one month (they didn’t have choices) so i took the only available ( a toyota ). I’m from Europe so I found it really hard to drive and felt unsafe cause the opposite driving. So I called them the next day and told them that I’m afraid and feel unsafe for me and the others!! And they told me that they were gonna give me another car smaller I replied that it’s not the car it’s the fact that the driving is opposite so i just need my money back. They told me they gonna call me and they never did!! So i went there the next day left there the car and they tell me that its not in their policies to return money back. I signed a contract and that wasn’t mentioned and they didn’t even tell me at the beginning !! For conclusion i payed one month and give it back in the third day cause i was afraid i may harm me or someone else and these people just not giving me my money!!! I feel bad that there is such people in this world. I hope tou enjoy this money sir :)

This is the best place to hire a car if you are looking for a great price. Little problem is a location. Little far from the main town but I like the service and the staffs. The value and the service is so reasonable. I had a great experience with this company and love to suggest others as well.

The collection is way out in countryside through some narrow lanes which can be an issue if hiring a large van and you're not used to driving a vehicle like this. The van I hired nearly broke down before I got it back with steam and water coming out from under the bonnet. Just glad I got it back before it did. Also there wasn't much fuel in it and they couldn't even tell me where nearest petrol station was. May making sure tanks are full up and then requiring customers to return in same state with proof of purchase would be better. That way customers are also only paying for fuel they use.

Been using this company since 2009, rented a mercedes convertible the first time doing business. Car was in good condition, although could do a bit of cleaning. I mostly hire vans. Most time I get what I ask for, newer model van. Vans are always clean, especially when I used the Rochester depot. Customer service is like the weather, sometimes warm friendly smile and sometimes cold, just depend on who you get on the day. Prices are good, would recommend them any time of the day, because if you discover an issue before you sign out the vehicle, they try to resolve it. 👍🏾

Been trying to contact the Coxheath branch for the last 3 days all I get is an answerphone message so I actually left a message this time I've had no response.
I was ringing to say have I still got my booking for a minibus in July for 4 days, seeing as no one could be bothered to get back to me I have found another company for half the price so they actually done me a favour by not answering the phones

I have rented the Peugeot 108 (purple one) from the Coxheath branch for a week as our car was stolen. Booking was smooth. On the third day of having a car (I do very little journeys a day - about 10 miles) I went to the car park and saw flat tyre. Could not repair it with the kit provided (as it was out of date and solid- unusuable), asked friend to use their kit. Went straight to tyre place to put a new tyre to find out that this car was involved either in accident or gone over big pot hole as the rim on the outside (not a worry) and inside was damaged. The workman which changed tyre said every tyre will be damaged by this. I explained that this been rent out to me like that and he said that it is not on and this should never been rent to me in this condition. We phoned the Coxheath place to be informed they knew about it as person before us had an incident. Obviously they did not complete any checks before renting it out to me. I ended up with the bill for the repair and new tyre. When returning the car the guy in the office offerred no apology, and treated us discoustingly saying 'you saw what you rented and you signed for it', either that the damage was inside the rim and acually not visible. Horrible company to deal with If you ask me. I have two young kids who could of been in a car with me, luckily this was not the case. I will not ever do bussiness with you as you do not value your customers or their safety. Also the engine management light was flashing on the vehicle from moment we picked it up.
