Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Ashford

Been using this hire centre for a few years now last time was after someone hit my car and his insurance provided me with an enterprise car until mine was fixed, the first car i was given was not suitable but the staff saw this and helped me get a more suitable car and swapped it out within 48 hours. no issues with returns or damages etc the staff went over with car with me when i took it and pointed out any damage on the car ( I also took a video and photos of the car ) this is encouraged by staff so there could be no debates, Over all a great service and would be happy to get another car here when needed.

Have have used this depo 5 or 6 times before and always been happy with their service and cleanliness of the vehicles. I was due to get a car from them today as my car broke down and Alex was a massive help, nothing was too much, he changed with my annoying plans that I had with no issues at all! Highly recommend these guys! Great service

How to ask for the car to be cleaned. Over inflated tires on my car. Could and should do better.

DO THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONES ? BEEN RINGING NOW FOR 43 MINUTES !!! ABSOLUTE JOKE - ALSO BOOKED A SMALL VAN AND WAS GIVEN AN 8 SEATER MINIBUS LOL

I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 star . We returned the car today and as I had been in contact with enterprise care we storted out the problem . The staff are fantastic and would use again in the future .
I still miss the Mitsabitshi shotgun sport I was driving lol
