Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Christchurch

Nice little fiesta as hire car for 2 weeks - no probs at all with car pick up. Drop off took 30minute wait, one member of staff on desk dealing with a selfish customer who felt it more important to have a mobile phone conversation with a mate than let the guy show her how car worked. There were 4 of us waiting to return/pick up vehicles. Need more staff.

Firstly great vehicle at reasonable price.
Online booking was very glitchy, took multiple attempts and later could not log in to add cover.
Was quoted £29 for extras, charged double.
Paid online, then charged again on the day.
Complained twice, no resolution.
Third time, different staff, everything was sorted,
£150 into my account, thank you.

Staff were very helpful and friendly just had one problem car i hired ran out of add blue so topped it up but didn't get a receipt didn't know that I would have been reimbursed

I've been using this rental company for years and have only had exceptional service. Most recently used the branch in Christchurch where Charlie provided me with a great car and great service. They appeared to be short staffed but even with customers in the shop he handled the situation professionally and promptly. Enterprise are always my first choice!

Hired a van to move stuff. Very helpful well trained staff. Fair value for money. Easy collection and drop off. Will use again

Staff very helpful and despite there machines not working properly got me sorted and into my hire car quickly.

I recommend! Very nice and helpful, everything went quickly and smoothly :) They even helped us to order a taxi to get to the airport :)
