Never seen anything quite like it. I advised them, upon landing, that I would be 25 mins until the pick up. They arrived 40 mins later. We were taken to the Regus office rental complex, where I was reminded that their excess was a whopping £1,500 where upon I told them I had Global Cover. Despite having 10's of thousands of dollars credit on my card, they claimed that it was declined and so I had to buy their insurance at £88 for 2 days. The car wasn't clean, stank of cigarettes and was only half filled with petrol.

When returning the car, there was no one to be found at the office, as their only employee on a Saturday afternoon was dropping a client at the airport. Our shuttle service back to the airport was our car, and just as we were about to leave, another customer returned and so he joined us! No space in the boot for his gear, so he had to carry it on his knees.

If there was ever an advert for sticking to the main car hire companies, this was it. Never again. The worst Ive ever experienced and I have been to the end of the world and back

This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I was told that it was my lucky day and that I got an upgrade and free extra coverage. When my card was swiped the teller "Bruno" charged me 200 pound extra. When I noticed I asked what for and he said for my upgrade. I then reminded him that he said it was free. He then said he could not help with refund and to get in touch with admin in my own time and to keep records etc. His supervisor "Sid" then stepped in and was totally unprofessional and said that the company will not take any responsibility on an overcharge. I asked for his name to which he would not give it to me. I saw on a paper it was Sid. Overall horrible. DO NOT GO HERE.

Mostly excellent service, but make sure you are not late. I rang them to tell them I would be late and they said okay but they would not hold the car. When I arrived they said I had to upgrade to a more expensive car (considerably more) because my car was now taken. They charged an extra £40 per day for that. As long as you make no mistakes, these cheaper companies are great. But get something wrong (e.g. not fully refuelled, or car slightly dirty, or late) and you pay dearly.

I bought platinum excess when I booked and paid for the car rental, I was told I didn't have it when I arrived yo get the car and would have to pay £1500 holding! My credit card wouldn't work, no fault of the companies or mine, but I wasn't allowed to use my husbands to pay for the holding as it was not in my name! But if we paid another £130 to add him as a driver then all would be good! Total rip off! Left the place in tears! No customer service given at all! Pay up or be left stranded! Will never be back!

DO NOT USE - UNTRUSTWORTHY. I hired a care with Surprice in Sicily. First of all they stated the car hire was on the airport grounds - even on the voucher sent - yet it wasn’t. You needed to call and catch a bus which wasted hours as this information was incorrect. In a very busy office there was two people working, one of whom was also driving the bus backwards and forwards to the airport! This was an awful problem when returning the car as people were missing their check-in times as they could not drop the car off and get the bus to the airport! The two women working there were very rude - however this was not really surprising as they were so overworked but did not help! They also managed to find a scratch UNDER the car on return (an area which was not checked when we picked up the car) and CHARGED US 250 EURO! The lady came straight to the car and looked under the bonnet and identified the scratch straight away. I would have contested at the time but as we had been so delayed getting the car checked as there was only one person working and a queue of people and were late for our flight we had to pay and go. I have tried writing to them 3 times about this since returning but they do not respond to emails. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Very positive experience. Luke who did my start of rental was very polite and thorough explaining that deposit will only be pending transaction etc. Gave me options to chose vehicle along allowed set.

Similar experience with Bruno N returning. Would recommend to friends and family.

Car was clean and well maintained. Very good value for money.

Very good service and price. The car rental office is a bit far from the terminal but the valet service is super:just call and they arrive! The car they have me is brand new (I also need to configure the computer to start using it) and bigger than what I booked really a good sur-price! My experience make me strongly recommend this case rental: I will use it again in the future.

Overall good - friendly staff, decent location, great car - and I want to give a 5 star rating. But on returning the car, I was promised something different to what I got. When picking up the car I clarified I will arrive at 6 and need ride to airport, I was told no problem but call in at 5am. When returning the car, there was no answer when calling. Then at 6am I was told no drivers to take me to airport AND that I hadn’t paid for ride to airport (£5). If this was clear when I collected the car then no problem, but this was not mentioned at all despite me being clear about my return. So overall left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth on a cold, wet very early morning. In the end I got an Uber to the airport which cost £15. Again, if this was explained and clear when collecting the car it would be no problem. It’s a shame because otherwise service was good
