You can ask for the car rental extension, they are able to offer Grace Period for slightly delay of car return.

Free Shuttle available, pick up point at Terminal 2.
Highly recommend to tourists and for family vacations.

Advice: Always check and get familiar with your rental car, and set your navigation panel before your journey start.
There is no in-park area for you to run. That is, once your car go through the Avis/Budget exit, it's on-the-go.

Very easy to deal with and convenient location, prices can be good depending on the time of year. The staff are always helpful and efficient. I have rented several times from Heathrow Budget and so far my experience have been excellent. The Automatic Kia SUV I got last time was really fun to drive.

Think 100 times before if you are taking car from this company! Once they have ur credit card they will be stealing money every month , they are still taking money from our card and now we are going to sue this company, car was hired like last year and but they are still taking the money.
So people if u have enough money to give away they are here for u .

The shuttle didn’t come after 45 minutes of waiting at T4. The kind gentlemen driving the enterprise bus offered to take us to Avis - rent with enterprise instead.

I hired a car for $500 (estimated on my rental agreement) and they charged me $5500!!!! Have called multiple times, been assured it is an error, but now two months later they still have my 5 grand. This is not a negligible amount of money and withholding it from my family should be criminal. Budget needs to fix this NOW.

The rental went, OK there was a very minor fault with the car keeping reverting to French and KM. The issues that I had when I asked to extend by one day. I had to unexpected had to drop my wife at the hospital.
I called to extend by 1 day and was asked £250 extra.
I questioned is this was a total price
I.e 185 to 250 making the extra day rental £85 and was told no it was and Extra 250 for the extra day.
This was due to the rates going up and car availability.
This was totally unacceptable.
I went ahead and booked a second car with enterprise.
When I dropped the car off both the collection point and drop off point were overflowing with cars.
I asked the staff was in normal to lie to clients and to try and extort money from client wishing to make changed to rental agreement.
He was apologetic and said they had many many car and the cost should have been around £40.

I call direct to budget direct no agents.
And was faced with lies and ridiculous costs.

For this dishonest behaviour I would never rent from budget avis again.

Great service. Got a nice car quickly and painlessly. Had a blowout during the rental, called Avis emergency who helped but then patched me through to the front desk at this Avis, to me to purchase a tire myself and they would reimburse me. I was thinking here we go, really with hopes of getting reimbursed. Lost the tire receipt but had a picture of it I printed. Turned the car in, what I did was out of ordinary but the honored it with no, as in zero, issues. Van is prompt to and from the terminal. Well done Avis Heathrow! Thank you!
