They doubled my rental at the pick up location claiming that I rented a standard transmission instead of an automatic transmission - Who rents standard transmission vehicles other than teenagers and roadsters? Then at the drop off they attempted to pin damage to a tire on me. The front bumper and wheel rim damage had been noted as damage occurring prior to my pick-up. It was obvious that the tire was scrubbed at the same time that the rim was damaged. They are EXTREME in pin pointing marks, etc., when returning. You need to ensure you are not picking up a vehicle in dim light, excessive light, or at night. Otherwise you are going to be paying BIG. NEVER AGAIN EUROPCAR!

Better take a video of the car before hand. Tried to tell me I made a dent. Luckily I did record the car before driving away.
Definitely won't be renting from here again

No star deserves they collect the hire vehicle 2 days before my car to be fixed nobody called me to inform about it and in the end they charged me 77 £ and saying that the fuel was lower then the time I received it!

We have been trying to call your Croydon branch since 9am this morning have got through twice only for someone to hang up. We are motability customers and even motability can’t get through to yourselves or any other branches. It’s a joke bad customer service.

Dreadful service across the board plus tried to take money from our account WITHOUT any permission or REASON! Avoid like the plague.

Do not use. Car absolutely filthy with an actual ice lolly still down the side of the seat. People who dropped said car off couldn't speak/understand English. Car had a puncture which Europcar would not repair or replace so driving around in a dangerous vehicle. No one will pick up the phone or return calls as promised. Disgusting company.

I didn't want to give any stars, but had to give one star to be able to write a review. I was supposed to have a courtesy van delivered on a Monday, while mine was being repaired. It finally arrived after 5pm Tuesday the next day. And not the van requested. It was dark and wet, and the delivery driver told me to sign unchecked. The following morning, I found the nearside sliding door wouldn't close properly, which caused the alarm to sound. Also more damage to it than on the damage report that came with it. I refused to use it as might be accused of causing the damage. I've done everything possible to get a replacement, but a whole week later, I still have a noisy damaged van on my driveway. No stars.
