Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Worthing

Following an unexpected problem with my car, I had to call upon Enterprise at very short notice to hire a car for a long distance trip. Thankfully they had a car ready for me to take away at the drop of a hat, and the service from start to finish was fantastic. Laura in particular was very helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, much like her colleagues. The price was competitive, and the product was good, so I'd have very little trouble recommending the Worthing branch of Enterprise :)

Polite, friendly and engaging staff go a long way with me.
The van was spotless, with under 7000 on the clock.

The car that was given to me was not filled up with Adblue, it had about 40 miles left. This makes me wonder if they actually do any checks on the car before handing it over.
Most of my bookings are done via a third party via my company, they seem to have issues when it's booked like this, long story short, they should stop taking 3rd party bookings altogether or they should work with the third parties and resolve these issues.
They are also inconsistent when letting you know what cars are available, when booking via a third party they say the wrong car type was selected, when you then phone up and ask if a particular car type is available they say it is, when my company then tries to book that car they say it's not available.

Straightforward car rental. Good value car hire and easy returns process. The offices are being refurbished and signage to access the office round the back is not clear.

Great service & support from the team, particularly Mez & Joe. Mez was very helpful, polite & considerate. Joe helped me very late in the day when I was somewhat desperate. Altogether, a great experience, thank you.
