Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Grays

Wonderful service as Laura sourced a replacement car for us as the first car provided didn't met our needs. Especially as certain new cars are slim on the ground... This is the 3rd or 4th time using this particular branch. Very friendly and they make you feel welcomed! I made a mistake and didn't remove all of our bits from the other vehicle so waiting to get those back!

Superb service during the stress and pressure of moving.

We hired a Luton Tail Lift for 2 days. Moving from a 1 to a 3 bed, everything was coming. On the second day the van was due back by 6pm. Well, we only got the second van load to the new property at 4.30, so 90 mins was not going to be long enough to empty the heavy furniture and return from Brentwood to grays.

I called the office and spoke to Hassan (sorry if this is spelt wrong), who spoke to his manager and allowed us to keep the van overnight and return by 9.30am the next morning with no extra charge. This kind act lowered the stress and pressure and enable a smooth move with limited arguments (we all know the stress of moving!).

Amazing service, an act of kindness and we are in our new home with all items and relationships in tact!

Couldnt even hire a vehicle as they will only accept credit cad payments for large MPV's and from the driver only - can't be paid on another credit card, and can't be paid for in cash - certainly cant use a debit card. What Madness!

All went well, van good, and I was collected and returned saving worries re transport. Managed it online saving time with paperwork at office.

Sad Comedy.. First I have booked van for 1pm and it wasn't there, ended up waiting ower hour until van was brought up from another branch. Now they have fitted telematics so can see exact amount of fuel on return. They charged me of my deposit £3.87 for 1.6 litres of diesel "missing" . I took van with a quarter of tank and I returned with a quarter, how should I see exact amount looking at fuel gouge on the van which does not show in numbers just quarter marks? I never got refund when returned with more fuel than it was at the beginning of the hire. These little things puts off to rent again.
