The gearbox failed on my VW golf. Michael quickly, and efficiently sorted me out with a rental car. They even bought it over to the Kettering VW branch. Car spotless, and brand new.

Brilliant service, have used twice in the past 2 weeks and both times fantastic customer service, staff are really nice and helpful, whilst waiting for the paperwork to be completed they both took time to chat and interact.

Service was quick and easy, no hassles and the refund of the deposit was basically instant!

Thoroughly recommended anyone needing a car to go here over others!

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned after 3 weeks. Deeply disappointed. Will steer clear in future and when I ask about it I get shut down. Its a joke.

I asked for proof of the damage other than a tiny flat spot.

Really good a refreshing change to the hire car market! Cars all fully loaded clean and well presented with friendly staff, will use again!

Went to go hire a car from this place on arrival. Everything seem fine when taking some details. Explain to me that due to me having existing points which are no longer on my license I could not hire the car would’ve been useful if I gave this information over the phone so that we didn’t waste getting a taxi there and back just seemed very on helpful, especially as it stopped some of our Christmas plans to see family we have not seen for years
