Great service. Pick up and drop off was quote fast. The customer service in person and on the phone was very friendly.

I have always been nervous about hiring a car or van but all the five staff staff who assisted me in the collection and return were first class - “a touch better than excellent”. I should add that I changed my arrangements twice and I had total co-operation with a smile. The handing back was entirely straight forward and certainly not the scary part of rental. I have rented car few times, and every time service is excellent, cars are very neat and clean, vary nice staff, straight forward easy minimum paperwork. I will recommend and use their service again.

The guys here are just BRILLIANT. Helpful does not express how customer focused they are. Van was in great condition, I was shown around by an extremely helpful guy, sorry I can't recall your name, but you are a credit to the team. When inside doing paperwork the other guys in the office we all joking and chatty but very professional all the time. When returning the van Joban made it easy and again this guy is just a credit. Team Green Motion Leicester you're the best. Will use you next time we need a van.

The service I received last weekend was amazing from all the staff at the Leicester City Centre branch. From making the initial booking to dropping the Luton Van off - it was a smooth operation. The guys made the pick-up and drop off very swift. I will definitely be renting from you again in due course. Keep up the great work guys!

Beware of all the 5 star reviews they are FAKE Google doesn’t check them, I borrowed a car for 2 days and done 16 miles in it. When I returned the car they charged me £400 for damage when the car was only driven to and from the garage as I didn’t need it in the end. They’ve been on dodgy car garage television programmes, stay aware there’s a reason they’re cheap!

Funny how they either get a 5 star review or 1 star review!!

Booked a car for my engineer they wanted a £1200 deposit, he didn't have a credit card they would not take the company credit card over the phone.
When asked what the excess mileage charge was they said they would let us know when we returned the car. Had to cancel the booking due to the deposit would not refund our money.
