Enterprise Car Hire - Exeter Airport

I hired a car for a one-way journey to Kingston upon Thames but then I had to postpone my booking and put the date on hold before I could confirm when I needed it. The staff at Exeter Airport were friendly, helpful and very professional. I was delighted with the quality of service I was given. Highly recommended.

No much parking. The single staff member was overworked as he was overwhelmed with returns and new hires. To his credit, he was very thorough, but I did wait 25minutes which I view as unacceptable.

Fast, efficient and extremely helpful. Don't have a bad word to say, I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in hiring a car and found the process to be a lot easier then it could've been with other companies.

I got my booking date wrong and was a bit stressed ,but the young lady Fibee was amazing she had us sorted and on our way ..Enterprise car rental she a good one hold on to her

Hire car was good, no issues with hire.
I left a jumper in the car and have been chasing them for a week since but they won’t answer phones and the one time they did they left me on hold for 25mins till I got fed up of waiting for them to come back and hung up. They haven’t answered again since (currently at attempt 23 and counting)

A very well organised site. The gentleman in charge called Louis has been really helpful. The car Vauxhall Corsa was immaculate. Check in and leaving with the vehicle was spot-on. Return week later is easy and the enterprise support network on the phone prompt polite and helpful in dealing with scuffs on the vehicle. Really recommended
