Thrifty Car and Van Rental Feltham

Had no issues at all, they only ask for what they need by law to allow you to rent a vehicle, woman even hung around so it didnt cost me anymore as i was back slightly later than agreed

Looks cheap at first glance but only worth it if you take the full cover (no excess) which adds £16 a day. You get a brand new car and they scrutinise the car for the smallest scratch, including bumpers, tyres, etc. I suppose this explains why they ask for so many papers. Ok service otherwise.

Rubbish unprofessional Branch never helpful should you require ANY form of assistance! The management totally incompetent and it’s more like a third world dictatorship then a western hire car firm.

BEST AVOIDED! Avis Prestige way forward...

Staff on the prowl for damage when i dropped off car. Even though it prexisted on their system. Avoid. should have gone to avis

Originally I was given the run around due to some inaccurate advice from 2 of the reservation staff. This caused me to make multiple calls back as they gave me the impression that my booking was void and that I wouldn't receive a refund.
However Sagar and John were very helpful and provided exceptional service and I proceeded with the hire. Aziz (appraiser) was thorough, and gave good peace of mind. If it weren't for these three, I would have rated the experience 1/5.

Plese dont use thrifty Believe me they will charge you somehow anyhow for anything happen in a minor scratch minor touch in alloy they will charge you.

Very good and helpful staff . Great Vehicles. No full cover offered as policy . 😔
