Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Nuneaton

I have never hired a van before, but these guys made it super easy. It began with a warm welcome from Heidi, and an introduction to the vehicle and the process before I was sent on my way.

I was equally well greeted upon my return, and once I handed the vehicle back, Ian was kind enough to even give me a lift to the station.

I can’t recommend them enough and I’m sure I’ll be back.

I rented a car below and everything was fine, the staff where great and the process was nice and simple, or so I thought. After I returned the car that's when the issues started.

Would I use this company again = not a chance in hell.

Very good experience again from Enterprise. This was my first experience of the Nuneaton branch. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. The van was clean and ready to go. The return handover was quick.

This is my first ever review but I feel strongly about leaving my honest experience with Enterprise Nuneaton.

I strongly WARN everyone to avoid Enterprise Nuneaton. Scam like behaviour. 6 months after handing a vehicle back in the same condition I received it, I am now being chased by debt recovery on behalf of Enterprise for damage that was already on the vehicle prior to my use. Evidence in the form of a date/time stamped video which was taken prior to the use of the vehicle on the forecourt to show previous damages was given to Enterprise and this was accepted as satisfactory proof. Only then for them to change their minds the next day and proceed to attempt to extort money out of me for damages not caused by myself. This is ongoing and the branch manager Zachary J Shaw has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional suggesting that I am a liar, his colleagues are more truth worthy than myself and any video evidence. The experience with enterprise has been stressful to say the least, and my experience with Zachary Shaw and Fahim Munir during this matter has been less satisfactory than the star rating I am actually able give.

Please for your sake, avoid this place!

I hired a vehicle from Nuneaton branch on spec they were most helpful friendly and polite very good prices nothing to much trouble zac and his staff are a credit to the company I would very highly recommend them hence the five stars plus another five I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again thank you all very much Barry Cooper

Do not use, they lie they will say they rang when they haven't, won't say when can have the car, rude unhelpfull, it's been a joke from start to finish, don't try and call they won't answer have to go through customer service and they can't help you, apparently they don't know when there cars are coming back they do t seem to know anything, the problems this has all caused is beyond a joke, due to there rubbish missed my daughter's first birthday, thanks enterprise
