The staff were friendly and the vehicle was top notch, although it was hard to speak to people as they are often off site. Unfortunately holiday traffic snagged us and we couldn’t make the Friday drop off time. This meant we incurred additional charges because we couldn’t return till Monday. Fair enough but these included the optional extras like additional driver and additional insurance. To be fair, they offered us a discount off next hire but if you need to drop off on a Friday might be worth making sure there is no chance of an overrun. Given that we will most likely only use a hire car for holiday runs we will probably look for an alternative with a Saturday drop off back up in future.

Dishonest and unhelpful. I hired an automatic because of a damaged knee, hired it on line. Turned up, they knew they didn't have an auto. But didn't admit it till they brought the car round. That left me with no opportunity to choose another car or hire.( I had an important meet to get to). If I'd have know I would have chosen a cheaper manual car or gone to another hire. They refused point blank to discount down to a smaller car. Next time I'll go to enterprise. Do use this company.

Renting a car was a quick and easy process. I reserved a car the same day, and it was ready for me when I picked up. I needed to extend the car past my one day rental and there were no issues getting that sorted. Excellent job!
