Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lichfield

Having dealt with different people throughout I can honestly say the whole team are extremely helpful and friendly! Regardless of the different team members everyone was seemed fully up to date on what was happening and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I will definitely be using then again (if I need to) and would highly recommend them!

Rented a vehicle to travel up to Scotland with 7 friends. Upgraded us to an automatic. Really friendly staff, explained everything about the cost etc really well. Would rent again

A really nice, friendly team. I had a small issue where I thought I was perhaps charged a little unfairly, so they went away to look into it and gave me a refund. Really good customer service.

Exceptional service from Matt and Alex. I desperately needed a car as soon as possible, and they were able to source and provide a vehicle in less than 30 minutes, despite initially not having anything available. They understood my situation, and the solution they provided went above and beyond what I expected. The process was quick, professional, and very friendly. I have already made plans to rent another vehicle from the Lichfield branch again, and if the customer service I received is representative of the wider Enterprise experience, they will have earned the company a loyal customer for life. I could not fault the experience and I am very grateful for all their help.

I recently had my motorbike stolen so I needed a car fast with as little hassle as possible. The whole process was perfect. The car I had was in perfect condition. I had to extend the hire by a day and again Alex sorted this for me with a simple phone call.

I would recommend Enterprise to anyone needing to rent a vehicle.

Also thanks to Alex for listening to me moaning about people who steal bikes/cars.

I had to have a vehicle from Enterprise Lichfield for a couple of days when my car was being "repaired" down the road at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall. The staff were brilliant - I had some issues with the vehicle they provided and they did everything they could to help me sort it. Sure the issue was annoying, but you really can't fault their staff.

Excellent communication and service. My car was off the road and I needed something for a few days. Unfortunately there weren't any cars available as lockdown was eased and there was an overwhelming demand. However, Enterprise was very good at communicating the issue and was working to resolve it. The following day they had a car and it was very quick and easy to pick it, understand the agreement and get on the road.

The car was a Ford Focus. It was clean with about half a tank of fuel. Easy to drive, decent response and moderately comfortable. The handling was a little shaky and the suspension felt a bit stiff.

Overall I was very please with the service and will definitely be hiring from Enterprise again.
