Helpful and understanding staff. Willing to go the extra mile cleaning up Mercedes own mess - my new car broke down in the first 3 hours and had to go back to a dealer. I also found Europcar Tamworth (a Mercedes support partner) professional, friendly and empathetic.Thank you!

The lady on the reception had no idea how to use the computer. She couldn't input a customer's details resulting in a long wait to return my car. There were 5 of us waiting with no other members of staff available to help. At no point was I welcomed or told that I would be dealt with as soon as possible. I understand that the lady was flustered by her lack of technical skills but the service was dire. At one point she asked the room what currency they use in Spain and how to spell it as she wasn't sure what to enter on the computer

Great place, helpful and nice staff. I had problem as I put wrong details in check in but it has been resolved so quick. Nice and new car for low price. Fully recommend.

Good morning

I am struggling to get any help with our problem and have had a couple of most unhelpful phonecalls to customer services.

I do not have my rental agreement, it's a long term car rental through motability, I've had cars for several months and I do not know exact dates however I expect you have this information as it is your job to do so. We have had a few amounts taken from our account without verification. 1 amount was agreed for cleaning and 1 amount was a petrol top up even though it was not my fault as car broke down and had to be returned with low fuel however I'm not disputing that. I've been asked to provide bank statements however I am rather wary and think as you have these records and I have given you dates and amounts that should be enough, why should I give these private details for security reasons I do not want to give my bank details!
I will ring accounts again today and see if I can get through to someone more helpful.

So, 1 clean and 1 petrol top up.

Booked a car on Saturday to go on holiday Monday. All packed up about to get the hire car and got a phone call at 8 am to say no car available! Ruined our holiday. Disgusting service.

Car hired no issues, deposit etc refunded then taken out of my daughters account again. They said they accepted the mistake but still not returned the money over a month later.
