Carrie and the two gentlemen were wonderful!! Amazing service! Although central reservations had made some mistakes on the booking, Carrie took care of everything efficiently and got me on the road. The gentlemen provided me with some wonderful tips on the area and a run down of the cars features. I would highly recommend renting from here even if you need to take a bus or taxi from a nearby station. Thanks so much to the staff for the great service and all their help!!

The 5th time that I'm going to this branch less than 5min away from Caernafon Center. The Staff is simply amazing: always helpful & I never had to wait, everything was already ready for my rentals. They're all very professional & friendly ! I definitely recommend them ! Just to give a tip, avoid walking in, make sure you book a car in advance to avaoid surprises (sometimes the demand is very high).

Our car was hit recently and put off the road. Had a 7 seater replacement car delivered the next day. Gentlemen who delivered were polite, courteous and friendly. Car was super clean and I noticed the driver clean the car as he got out to give us the keys. Daniel kept us informed of delivery and collection times throughout and they went-quite literally- the extra mile to source us a 7 seater. Overall a really pleasant experience at a rubbish time. The same driver just came to collect the car, and again, super lovely. Credit to your company. Thank you 😊
