Pre-booked a cab from hotel we were staying at as they have a direct line from their reception.
Cab didn't show up on time, waited 20 mins past the time I booked it for, three cabs showed up for people who booked after us. Phoned them to see where our cab was, turned up about 5 minutes later.

Driver was then a little impatient as whilst the passenger door was still open for my mum to get in he started reversing nearly knocking her over. Service etc is just appalling and if I were the hotel I would look for another cab company to use

Booked a cab for 7:15 , by 7:20 it hadn’t arrived. Cab office said we have nothing in your area. I booked the cab at least an hour and a half before. Not a good service. Would not recommend.

Shame I have to give 1*.
Rude drivers, don't do card payments and lie about it, rude office staff and give excuses for drivers rudeness and disrespect.
Also turned up late
Plenty of other can companies to use that are much better

Ongoing poor service. Customer service poor - rude on the phone, not very cooperative when trying to exchange travel information. Unreliable - both me and my colleague have been dropped to the wrong location twice by drivers.

If you have an appointment or anything you need to do urgently don't use these. Couldn't drive a family member as I had work. Booked a cab for 7:15am. Skip to the time never turned up. 25 minutes later was informed he was a morisons. Do NOT recommend at wll

Excellent and friendly service. Car turned up in good time, but was kept up to date with his time of arrival. Prices reasonable, and have had a lot of jobs from my family. You don't keep coming back if they are no good. Simple things can make a huge difference, and the drivers attention to detail, be it a little chat or helping to offload shopping make that difference.

Brilliant service, needed a cab for a Heathrow drop off as the cab I booked for did not turn up from an other cab company. Called Alphabet last minute and my cab was outside my house in 5 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and reliable cab service

Only got 1 star because not possible to leave less than 1. Absolutely disgusting service. From controller to drop off. Will never ever use again. Told all my friends and family to also never ever use. Should be shut down.
