First experience of this garage was not bad a very simple job carried out well!! The second experience was far from satisfactory, had a clutch fitted, the job took 2 days which is a ridiculous amount of time for a simple clutch change but the time was possibly spun out to make it seem like I had got my monies worth with the ridiculous charge but what was even better was the 50 point check I received , oil check, water check, tyres etc etc all ticked off nicely, only when I checked some of these items such as water, antifreeze etc 20 minutes after collection water needed topping up!!! So obviously just a tick box exercise to make those that don't know any better fee good 0/10.

Great service from duke street motors, I called in to see if there was any possibility of checking an error message on my car, managed to get it booked in the same afternoon with parts ordered and repaired by the next morning. Good communication from helpful staff kept me constantly updated throughout.

Excellent service from this garage I took my car in on the off chance with a rattling exhaust. Within 2 hours it was fixed and I was driving it home can not beat this service thank you so much.

Excellent , professional and compassionate service. I have been very grateful for how kind and knowledgeable the staff were when checking my car after it failed an MOT at kwikfit. The staff were honest about the state of the car and really helpful in helping me work out the best way forward.

This is by far the best garage I've ever used. Over the years they've done basic repairs and checks for free a couple times! (When unblocking screen wash pipe and draining oil I'd overfilled a little). Always professional and keep you informed, take time to explain things when asked. Can usually fit me in within a couple days. They're honest and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable, sometimes cheaper than expected. I've never felt overcharged.
I'd recommend them again and again.
