Had a warranty issue with my Herald bike and needed it sorted asap - John bent over backwards to help at the drop of a hat - and he did so with great service and an admirable professionalism. Found the root cause and fixed issues he wasn't prepared for. All this while giving great advice on how to look after my bike - and life in general. This will now be the only place I go, and I can not recommend him highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very pleased with new owners at Station Garage - they are both friendly and very competent. They sorted out a nasty problem with my Citroen Xsara Picasso swiftly and reasonably. ...and when we were chatting we found out they are also friends of former owner Hugh Rees Williams, which for people with longer memories of the garage is a great endorsement.

I made the awkward request of asking if they could change my oil with some 5w-30 I'd already purchased. Not only were they happy to comply, they took the full price of the oil off the final bill.

Brilliant Garage. They will do all they can to sort out any problems . Will not take my car anywhere else even though I live 40 miles away from them. Very friendly manager and technicians.

My daughter is a respiratory nurse on the front line at the local Maidstone and T/Wells Hospital. I couldn’t recommend the boys down at station garage enough. They were helpful, friendly and it’s great to see a positive new approach to running a garage.
