Always been super helpful and managed to fit me in, even when I forget about by mot until the day it's due. Fair price for work they do as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

John fixed up my front brake on my bike within one day. He completely understood the necessity and complete urge that I had to get it fixed. Its my only form of transport and I'm a bit stuck without it. He really saved me today. Customer service was brilliant. Will be returning for servicing, MOT, etc.

I had an issue with the front bumper on my car where someone hit it with a wheelie bin. As I work just up the road I called Car Works and asked if they would look at it for me. The young lady told me to pop along at 3 and they would take a look. When I arrived they took my car into the garage had a good look at the issue and advised on the best course of action. Great service, really friendly and good advice. Would definitely recommend.

They took my car as a last minute booking for a Mot even tho others in the area were "fully booked"!Friendly and proficient,they even dropped my car back to my hotel!

I had managed to drive (slowly) into a post causing a small but obvious dent. i was told to bring the car over so they could take a look, they took one look, knew what to do and popped the dent out all in less than15 mins. Unbelievable service. Unbelievably nice people. I would highly recommended them

I could not recommend Salih and Alice at the car works in Berkhamsted more. They were able to fit a replacement wingmiror to my 2018 Hyundai Tucson within two days of requesting an appointment. I thank them sincerely for their patience and time as I had somehow sourced the incorrect wing mirror off ebay and they were not able to fit this at first. Second time round my correct new wing mirror was sourced and fitted in a matter of hours. I have saved myself over £500 by using a very experienced independent local car repair company instead of getting this fitted directly with the car manufacturer. I cannot thank you enough car works team! If you need any repairs done however big or small.. the car works Berkhamsted is the place to go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars.
