Very professional establishment. True jaguar specialists. Very quick to identify a complex issue my car was having. Explained to me in great detail the issue and the course of repair. Second time i have used this establishment and can't recommend highly enough. If you need a first class garage this is it. Highly knowledgeable and skilled staff that kept me informed in each stage of the process once I dropped my poorly jaguar to them. Brilliant customer service.

Outstanding. I took my 11 year old Jaguar XFR to these guys for a lot of work, timing chains and a supercharger removal and service (sent elsewhere for that). I also opted to have a few mods and a remap done. the guys at SP were superb throughout, it was a lot of work and I was kept well updated, photos sent out and the end result was a perfectly running car which is an absolute missile. I know they worked late just to get the car done too, which shows how far above and beyond they will go to ensure happy customers. Nice blokes, who really know their stuff. Thank you.

I bought a Jaguar XF sight unseen, took it into Stevenage Prestise who did a Post Delivery Inspection, they identified a number of problems which they fixed for me. They are much cheaper than a main dealer, but know their stuff and don't just follow the official Jaguar workshop process: they save customers by using their experience instead. Their workshops are really clean which shows how meticulous they are and how cleanly they work. I've been back for a service since then and have found Luke and Damian friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. 100% reccomennded

Had a problem with one of the cars we were given but the staff were very friendly and immediately sorted out a replacement car to help fix any issues.
