I have used Autocare Ware for vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT since we moved to Ware twelve years ago. They have always been friendly, helpful, efficient and reliable. I've never had reason to complain and their charges are competitive. I highly recommend them.

I had a puncture on a tyre they repaired it(so they say) a week later the pressure on the tyre went down. I thought I may have another puncture,but no. So I put some water on the repair and I can see it bubbling up so I went back telling him that the repair they done was leaking,they took the car in I waited about one hour and he come back telling me the was no leak and the funny thing is he charge me again 18 pounds for something he should of fixed for free. But the tyre is still leaking air.Don’t bother with this mechanic,he’s got two apes repairing cars and they apparently can’t even spot a leak on a tyre. Just ridiculous spend your money somewhere else!

I took my car for it's MOT last month and unfortunately it failed in a number of areas. I asked for a quote for the work and chased four times over the following 10 days without any quote being provided. I gave up and took the car elsewhere. Very poor service.
